PERCHE’ CANTARE IN UN CORO?

Secondo alcune ricerche scientifiche nell’ambito delle neuroscienze, il canto corale migliora il nostro umore, con una diminuzione di stress, depressione e ansia.
Questi benefici sono da attribuirsi ad una respirazione più profonda associata al canto, la stessa che viene usata anche nella meditazione.
Cantare in un gruppo ci aiuta a sentire di essere parte di una comunità più grande. In questa luce, i programmi di canto corale stanno iniziando a fare passi da gigante nei centri per anziani e nelle scuole primarie.

Alla luce delle crescenti preoccupazioni sulla solitudine e l’isolamento e la sempre più urgente ricerca di soluzioni, è affascinante notare come le persone sembrino tornare ad interessarsi a connettersi l’un l’altro attraverso il canto.
Il canto offre un mezzo inclusivo per combattere la disintegrazione delle comunità che sta diventando endemica in molte società oggi. Quindi, che tu sia più interessato alla musica da camera, ai brani dei Beatles o di Giorgia, trovare il coro giusto potrebbe rivelarsi il modo perfetto per migliorare la tua salute, il tuo benessere e la vita sociale.
